Had a nice experience, rooms were cleaned nicely and the staff was helpful and friendly. Room was quiet and beds were comfortable. proximity to the airport makes for a nice short trip to get to the hotel after a long day of flying. Overall good experience

Stayed here for a couple nights as we were passing through Buffalo on vacation. The service was excellent and the rooms were clean. Not much else to ask for. Great place to stay. The few interactions with staff that I had were great. Would definitely come back again.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, across the street from the airport and near places to grab a quick bite to eat before a flight. Is shuttle is offered to the airport. Beds were comfortable, but a little dirty and dated. Dirty meaning dust all over and hair on the bathroom floor and in the shower. I would’ve rated higher if room was cleaner. Room is dated, but good for a night. Would stay again for the price and location.

Close to the airport and free 24 hr shuttle (the reason we stayed). Rooms: Small with the sink in the bedroom and the bath light switch outside the door so EVERYONE wakes when the first person is up Rooms were clean and extra towels available Select rooms on 5 or 6 if you want floors with ice machines Breakfast: basic fare but they do offer fresh fruit

I am 20 years old and my boyfriend is 22. we’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times with issues. The last time (and only time) we booked with them, we had a huge issue. my boyfriend went to check us in around 3pm, i was getting ready to board my flight to land in buffalo so i was not present. they said bc i had booked the room under his name but paid for it, i had to be present. (which was weird because we’ve done it this way multiple times, and i was never needed to be present.) when i arrived and we both went to the hotel, they asked for both our IDs and told us that we couldn’t stay here bc i was 20 years old. which made no sense because we had just stays there the week before. the guy at the front desk stated that it was a new change in policy but couldn’t tell us when it had been changed. do not recommend staying here.
